- 50 miles per rental day on rentals of 1 to 4 days, or
- 750 miles per rental on rentals of 5 or more days
- Spirit Airlines FREE SPIRIT members are eligible to earn miles at participating Hertz locations worldwide.
- A flight is not required to earn miles.
- Spirit Airlines FREE SPIRIT membership number required to receive mileage credit.

- For rentals in the U.S., when the renter chooses to receive FREE SPIRIT miles a Frequent Flyer Surcharge of $0.75 per day up to a maximum of $5.25 per rental will apply.
